garlicky cheesy bread

 

Goes with italian dishes, inspired by the stuff I made by the truckload when working at Mr. Gatti's (when I was experimenting with anomy as a lifestyle choice).

 

Ingredients

 

  • poboy bread (I use the bread that comes four to a pack)
  • butter or margarine
  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • mozzerella
  • parmesan
  • rosemary or basil or oregano-dried works but fresh is even better

 

 

preheat over to 375. slice bread across the middle. mix butter, garlic and olive oil together in a small bowl (or even in the magarine cup if you're near the end of it). baste on the cut side of the bread. top with cheese and then herbs
