Desserts

Anyone who knows me well, I ask this simple question, "When is the last time you saw me eating a dessert?" Somehow along the way, I lost my sweet tooth, along with some other teeth. I might share a couple bites of a dessert somewhere out with my wife or at functions, or if somebody brings brownies to work. But as far as me making a dessert at home, hoarding recipes for cakes and brownies and ice creams and pies like a jealous imp, it doesn't happen.

When the rare mood hits me I prefer cheesecake, ice cream (like Blue Bell Pralines and Cream) and sherbert (pineapple), and dark chocolate.

Until then we need to wait until my brother (aka "The Muffin Man") or mother gets interested in sharing their recipes here. (Mom, where's that Li'l Debs recipes?)
