In the interest of full disclosure, I am still an employee of Chelsea's Cafe. I am currently their webmaster. But I've also cooked there, bartended there, performed there, and practically lived there. I originally gravitated to eating at Chelsea's due to their veggie potato (which is no longer on the menu), the veggie Tuesday special, the cheese fries, and the homemade soups.
They have a better menu since when I cooked there.
My current favorite dish is the fried ravioli. The artichoke ravioli is very good too. They have a curried vegetable with cous cous that is awesome. I also like the grilled veggies on focaccio. The soups are very good as well. The best salad is the tomato and feta salad. The tomato and feta are stacked with a rich vinagrette with reminds me of pickappepa saucce.
